Last night we sat down and made a list of everything we had to do to get our CO (certificate of occupancy) and the list was SUPER short! Other than the counter tops for the kitchen, I think we can finish everything else over the Memorial Day weekend! This doesn't mean that we will be finished, it just means that it is safe enough to live there and the county will no longer be telling us what to do and when to do it! Woo Hoo! So close to getting Berkeley County out of our hair!
Take a look at whats been going on at the Hilton's Home in the last couple of months!

Tile and paint colors for the master bath. The bathroom is the lightest blue and our bedroom is the middle blue. The bath cabinet color will be the darkest brown (same as guest bath). Not sure which counter top yet...
Guest bath complete with light, paint, crown molding, shower tile (limestone).
Basket weave tile floor (limestone with a dot of shellstone to match the counter). Baseboards. And, the AWESOME piece of furniture Russ built I found it on Restoration Hardware's website for almost $1,400! We built it for about $400! Sweet deal!
